I use an integrative & person centered approach with each client being mindful of their unique experiences & interests in life. I specialize in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy , Heart Centered Hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems & Mindfulness Techniques. My approach to therapy is to provide a supportive environment in which I can work collaboratively with you on your goals, encouraging growth & providing guidance. Helping you find a balance with symptoms & increasing your inner strength, self-worth & gratitude as you move positively towards your established treatment goals.
